NIKE engineers high tech sports training equipment inspired
by schoolyard games played by girls the world-over.
Pro Athletes & young girls exercise together using
schoolyard-game inspired NIKE equipment that focuses
on key muscles groups employed during basketball gameplay.
Equipment & Exercises include The Double-Dutch Machine,
Patty-Cake Mirror, Invisi-Ball jump shot challenge, Imagi-Track
Court Vision Race, Laser Hopscotch, Tug of War, Anti-gravity
Rope Climb & Anti-Gravity Monkey Bars.

Jump as quick-as-you-can to keep up with this schoolyard game revolutionized by Nike technology.

Invisi-Ball Jumpshot Range
Participants take jump-shots using the Invisi’Ball, an invisible basketball that has a viewfinder to easily take aim at the hoop.
Patty-Cake Mirror
Follow hand movements on the mirror with a classic game of Patty-cake to increase hand-eye coordination and explosiveness.
Court-Vision Race
Girls plug their smart phones into treadmills that use AI to generate immersive environments littered with diversions sourced from their digital footprint.

Laser Hopscotch
Girls hop along the light-projected hopscotch squares to exercise legs
and increase agility.
Fastbreak Obstacle Course
Girls race through this obstacle course while catching and shooting basketballs as the hoop positions randomly shift

Every great Athlete was once a great student.
Girls receive digital playbooks to learn how to
create basketball plays.
Armed with chalk and a pavement chalkboard, girls will use their sidewalk-drawing skills to draw plays
for a 3-on-3 game with real WNBA Players. Plays must be created in 30 seconds without speaking for each 1-point game.
Jersey-Design Competition
Girls design jerseys for WNBA teams, the winner has their design worn during the WNBA Finals. Watch to see which jersey won. Competition to be judged by Lisa Leslie, Meg Tha Stallion & Chelsea Handler.
